Our fleet of equipment, in stock or widespread around the world, is moved from country to country in order to meet different customer requirements. The most common applications we rent for are:
- Welding preheating – pipeline construction;
- Coating preheating – pipeline construction;

- Straightening for deck and bulkheads (shipbuilding);

Every equipment that comes back from the rental is carefully checked by our staff, who verifies all the functional parameters and performs the necessary maintenance. The checks carried out are very strict in order to guarantee the customer to receive only the most reliable machines. The service also includes shipment and customs clearance management in international transitions.

Through the use of the most modern design software and thanks to thermodynamic simulation software developed in-house we are able to minimize the necessary factory tests, time and cost to identify the best solution. Software simulation plays a crucial role as it allows the search for the best system efficiency, which will result in high productivity once realized. The main operations performed are:
- Digital simulation of the heating process;
- Calculation of efficiency, working frequencies and heating times;
- Calculation of the impedance between induction heating coil and generator;
- Simulation of electromagnetic flow;
- 3D images processing to share with the customer.

Our systems are equipped with built-in data-loggers that record a series of information such as parameters, alarms, calibrations and store it into a memory. The customer can then export and share these data with our service team getting support in real time.
We design our products as much as possible with durability and modularity criteria, so as to minimize maintenance and promote its speed and ease. We offer preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of your purchased product and extend its life cycle. In case of failure, we provide rapid assistance through remote diagnostics with indications on the necessary corrective maintenance and support in the correct supply of spare parts. We also offer training sessions for the customer’s staff and qualification for field operators. These sessions take place at one of our centres in Europe, North America, Middle East and China or directly at the customer site.
